Zyia can teach you more than you might realize about who you are and what your goals are. But the business itself is pretty simple. So, where are many people really struggling? All too often, the biggest challenge is believing in yourself. But believing can be the difference-maker that compensates for other skills. If you’ve ever experienced doubt or wonder what to do, you may need to take a step back and think about your beliefs. Try these six steps to developing your beliefs more fully for a more successful business:

  • What believing in yourself feels like: For some, it might be a gut feeling, and your inner voice reminds you, “I know I can do this!” But many others question why they’re doing things and even their own abilities and skills. Try writing out your strengths and abilities. You might be surprised how you can use those strengths within Zyia. But whether you write them down or speak them aloud, affirm those strengths and skills daily.

“Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.” –Henry Ford

  • Believe in the legitimacy of this business model: Yes, we talk about “side hustles” or “passion projects,” but Zyia can provide a full-time business and career if you want it. Believe in the numbers—take a good look at the compensation plan and what is possible. Believe in the freedom, opportunities, and potential of Zyia—it doesn’t matter what others think. Then, connect your personal belief with your belief in your business. Believe that you can be successful in this business. You are worthy and capable.

“Belief creates the actual facts.” –William James

  • Believe in Zyia: Summit is a fantastic way to experience how the company lives the Pillars from corporate down. The Bradleys built Zyia to be so much more than a paycheck—a strong community and support for both Reps and customers are essential. The people at Zyia have your back.
  • Believe in your team and your upline: Believe in the good in your teammates. Anytime there’s a group of people working together, you’ll encounter people who work and think differently than you. Those differences can enrich the experience. Focus on their gifts, skills, experiences, and what they can share. Try unconditional positive regard—approach everyone you meet with a positive mood and feeling toward them. Practice an abundance mindset. And finally, believe that everyone who succeeded in Zyia has worked for it—they have!

“People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be…” –Carl Rogers

  • Believe in the processes: Having parties, selling leggings, and sponsoring Reps will work. New ideas are great, but don’t let them suck up your time and productivity. The Zyia processes are proven to be successful and can deliver results for you.

“The only limits you have are the limits you believe.” –Dr. Wayne Dyer

  • Believe in something bigger than yourself: What is your ‘why?’ Dig deep to figure out what drives you.

“Believe you can, and you’re halfway there.” –Theodore Roosevelt
