As Zyia Active grows, it’s essential to take a fresh look at finding success.

It’s all in the details.

The Zyia business model makes it easy for reps to share, but only if reps are willing to use the tools to put in the work. Whether you’re experienced or brand new, the key is to dot your i’s and cross your t’s.

Did you know that over 70% of Zyia’s current customer and rep base are new? That’s incredible growth. Many of our newest reps may not have experienced an in-person party yet. Out of necessity, many have relied on successful virtual party platforms. But as the light grows brighter at the end of the tunnel, it’s time to think about getting back to an in-person-style business.

Breaking Down KPIs

Zyia Active backs up our business model with case studies and data, and learning four key performance indicators—KPIs—is how you’re going to forge your path to success.

Our most successful reps are tracking these four crucial things:

  • Number of invites: How many people are we inviting on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to look at our business? How many for you and each member of your team?
  • Number of parties hosted: Tracking both your numbers gives you insight as to whether you are consistently beating last month’s total.
  • Total efficiency ratings: Your back office is full of valuable tools and reports. Set a goal to beat last month’s total parties hosted number, and you will see your business grow.
  • Rep engagement: Organizations that do a good job tracking, sharing, and educating have the most success.

Incentivizing to Drive Growth

After setting goals, focus on creating a plan. Incorporating solid data and a strong onboarding system helps you align your goals with incentivizing your reps. Creating growth-oriented incentives is how you can recognize people for their successes.

Develop these habits:

  • Start the week off with why! What is your purpose—your reason.
  • Make a list of who could benefit from Zyia Active—whether through opportunity, product, or as part of your network.

Your key to succeeding in your business is digging in and doing the work. If you do, you’ll find your voice and the path that fits you best. Let your data support you—track those invites, hosted parties, and party efficiency. Evaluate your onboarding process for new hostesses and cultivating invites, and provide the support your team needs.

A Proven Strategy

Zyia Active offers something different. We provide that personal relationship that traditional business models can’t—or won’t—offer. It’s a higher level of customer service, focused on appreciating our customers and offering the opportunity.

Your ability to communicate with past and present customers is crucial. Zyia surveyed hundreds of customers and discovered that most had never heard of the brand before attending a party but now love our product. Too many responded that they didn’t know there was a hostess reward program. What a huge missed opportunity!

Using your personal KPIs helps you to set realistic goals and to support reps. You’re showing up, you’re making an effort, and that’s what it’s all about.

Don’t spend the majority of your time learning. Spend it doing!
