CONTEST RULES:

Zyia Active will give one lucky winner $5,000 USD toward a road bike or mountain bike of their choice.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Participants must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States.
2. You may enter the giveaway in two ways:

• By purchasing one of the qualifying items between September 22 and October 6, 2021. In this case, the party entered into the contest will be the party who identified themselves as the purchasing party when placing the order. Any recipient of that order (such as a gift recipient) will not be entered to win. Qualifying SKUs are: 5548, 5549, 1745, and 951.
• By entering the content using this form: https://forms.gle/Yqh2bLVqXchoBByW7

You may earn additional entries in three ways:

1. 1. Submit a photo to the Zyia Active Strava club in association with a logged ride. Qualifying photos must include one of the qualifying SKUs and include the hashtag #zyiabikegiveaway. Our Strava club is at https://www.strava.com/clubs/zyia
   2. Post a photo to Instagram and tag @zyiaactive. Qualifying photos must include one of the qualifying items and must use the hashtag #zyiabikegiveaway.
   3. Submitting additional entries using the form above.

3. Winner will be selected using a random number generator to pick one winner from an aggregate list of all entrants from all four entry methods. Entry is closed and contest ends 10/6/21 at 11:59pm MDT.

4. By submitting photos, you grant Zyia Active an unrestricted license to use any these materials for future promotional purposes.

5. The prize value is up to $5,000 USD. Winner is responsible for paying any income taxes and import duties associated with the prize and its receipt. Winner will be required to send identifying information to Zyia Active so we can issue a 1099 income statement.

6. This contest is not endorsed by or held at the direction of Facebook or Instagram, nor are Facebook or Instagram liable for any disputes that may arise.

7. Prize is valid toward the purchase of a new road bike, mountain bike, or exercise bike. Zyia Active will pay up to $5,000 USD for a single bike selected by the winner. The prize value can also cover associated sales taxes and shipping. However, if the selected bike and its sales taxes and shipping total less than $5,000 USD, the difference will not be remitted to the winner. If the selected bike or its taxes and shipping exceed $5,000 USD, the winner will be responsible for paying the balance.

8. Winner must claim the prize within thirty days of winning or a new winner will be selected.

9. If we cannot reach the selected winner within fourteen days, the prize will be forfeited and offered to another random winner.
